Im not a person who likes to dine out. I cook 7 days a week and enjoy it. To come by a place that has great tasting food is difficult for me. Luckily, I came across Lombardos. Loved the atmosphere immediately. Decor is modern and warm. The food was fresh and portioned well. I had fried calamari which were a 10 out of 10. The four people in my group had pasta dishes and I tasted their dish as well. Pasta was of good quality and sauces were amazing. Drinks were spot on and not weak. Im not understanding how there are a few one star reviews here. I am very difficult to get impressed when eating out and this place impressed me. Definitely going back again.

It is my 1st time eating here. As an Italian-American who has also been to Italy, I thought the food was EXCEPTIONAL! The Rigatoni was served perfectly Al Dente with a wonderfully flavored sauce. The Clam Sauce was creamy & so tasty. The Mini-Pizzette (Broccoli Rabe & Italian Sausage) was perfectly baked & the toppings went all the way to The Edge without a glut of extra crust. For any of you complaining the portions are "small" then you are overeating!!! In Italy you eat several courses: Appetizer, Salad, 1st & 2nd Course, Dessert, Aperatif...This place is REAL Italian...not The Olive Garden or other Souped Up phony Americanized restaurant. At some point, maybe they will have a Prix Fixe with all the courses. But for now this is fine dining NOT fast food. Finally, The Ambiance was quite loud with everyone laughing & talking which is how well-fed & happy people usually act. I will return for sure! GRAZIE.

Had such a wonderful experience at our first visit to this new Lombardo’s yesterday! My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish. One unique touch we really loved was the bread served at the table — pizza dough rolls that were warm and delicious. The food was excellent — I had the eggplant parmesan, which was a very generous portion and came with a sizable side of pasta that was just as delicious. We also tried the Sicilian pizza as an appetizer, and it was absolutely fantastic. For dessert, we had the zeppoles, and they were the perfect sweet ending to an amazing meal. The service was truly outstanding. Salvatore and “G” were both incredibly warm, welcoming, efficient, and friendly, making us feel very well taken care of throughout the evening. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Alberto, who took the time to sit and chat with us. He was absolutely lovely and added such a personal touch to the experience. The atmosphere is a beautiful blend of upscale Italian pizzeria charm with a clean, sleek look and very comfortable seating, including booths and bench-style seating throughout. Came for the first time to this location and it is fantastic! Atmosphere is welcoming and bright. Service was amazing. Pizza top notch! All the food was terrific. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended! And ps you don’t feel like your in the ShopRite shopping mall
